  • Quick-Service Retail Development: We acquire strategically located parcels ideal for national or regional QSR tenants like Scooter’s Coffee, Dutch Bros, or tire/lube centers. These sites are optimized for visibility, traffic flow, and long-term tenant success.

  • Ground Lease & Build-to-Suit Opportunities: We secure and structure deals where national brands can operate on leased land—often in high-growth corridors—while preserving long-term equity and cash flow upside.

  • Tenant Marketing & Site Matchmaking: We actively market available parcels to vetted QSR, auto service, and drive-thru tenants, matching site specs with tenant expansion plans and providing custom site plans as needed.

  • Subdivision for Commercial Use: When a larger parcel is acquired, we assess feasibility for creating smaller, commercially viable pads with proper ingress/egress, zoning alignment, and traffic visibility.

We are a land acquisition company (not Realtors) that take pride in helping people find, purchase and sell land with ease. 

Our vision to Help Everybody Acquire Land (HEAL) started when our family was living and traveling on the road full-time for 3 years in our Motor home.

While we were traveling we saw so many incredible places to live that we thought it would be great to help people find a wonderful place to live.

As of August 2020, HEAL properties is now called KMFI LLC.
